Product Marketing Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or a technical degree with marketing experience is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology-focused industry
• Passion for technology
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google Drive suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc)
• Applicants need to have a European work permit
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with availability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies for our products, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact
• Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop business models and pricing models for the products
• Analyze and maintain detailed buyer personas, segments, and customer journey maps
• Drive demand with innovative marketing tactics
• Manage KPIs and metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies
• Monitor the competitive landscape to strategically position our products
• Translate technical product details into compelling benefits for users
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing for ROI
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Support sales channels development and marketing-sales alignment
• Coordinate and support various marketing and sales activities
