Dexterity Launches PDP 3.0: Unlocking New Efficiencies in Warehouse Pallet Operations

Dexterity upgrades palletizing and depalletizing software.

Dexterity, a warehouse robotics leader, has launched a major upgrade to its intelligent Palletizing and Depalletizing software. Version 3.0 unlocks new efficiencies in pallet operations for 3PLs, retailers, manufacturers and other warehouses.

New capabilities in PDP 3.0 include print and apply integration for automated labeling, pallet stacking for increased storage density, rolling cart loading, faster barcode scanning, and direct-to-pallet sortation. These features expand the flexibility and utilization of Dexterity's robotic pallet work cells.

Since launching in January, Dexterity has rapidly iterated on the PDP product with bi-monthly upgrades. PDP 3.0 continues this cadence, fulfilling customer needs for greater adaptability and throughput. Dexterity's intelligent robots handle mixed SKU palletizing/depalletizing out of the box, without training.

Dexterity's AI platform eliminates complex integration with modular hardware and sensors. Robots intelligently adapt to environments and pause when needed. Dexterity's Hypercare service enables rapid deployment and ongoing support.

PDP 3.0's new capabilities are available now. Dexterity is hosting a September webinar to detail the features and roadmap. The release unlocks the full potential of AI-powered robotics for diverse warehouse pallet operations.
