Skyline Robotics to expand with $3.35M funding round

Skyline Robotics, developer of OZMO - the world's first high-rise window washing robot - has closed a $3.35 million funding round through a SAFE note. The capital will support Skyline's 2023 business operations as it continues pioneering automated building maintenance.

To date, Skyline has raised $12 million in funding. As CEO Michael Brown shared, the successful round reflects ongoing investor confidence despite economic challenges. Skyline achieved key milestones and validated its business approach, go-to-market strategy, and demand for its robotics solution.

The financing comes after Skyline was granted key OZMO patents in Japan and Singapore, marking progress in its global expansion. With robots already cleaning buildings in New York City, the company is executing strategies to deploy its technology in major cities worldwide.

Skyline's award-winning OZMO platform combines AI, machine learning, computer vision and advanced robotics to tackle pressing industry issues like labor shortages and safety. OZMO recently received a 2023 RBR50 Robotics Innovation Award from Robotics Business Review, recognizing it as a pioneer in building maintenance automation.

Skyline stands at the forefront of a robotic revolution in high-rise maintenance. By consistently hitting technology and business milestones, the company continues attracting investor interest despite turbulent markets.

The new funding and patents cement Skyline as a leader in scaling automated solutions that make buildings smarter, cleaner and safer. As urban landscapes grow more complex, OZMO represents the next generation of intelligent infrastructure maintenance.
