Qlayers was founded in the Netherlands, in Delft in 2017. Its founders were Ruben Geithjens and Josefien Groot, graduates of Delft University of Technology. The first tests of Qlayers’ proprietary 10Q robot were conducted in 2020 on storage tanks. The first model immediately showed a decent result.
