Robotics Summit & Expo

The Robotics Summit & Expo has opened registration for its 2023 event on May 1-2 in Boston, promising the latest insights across rapidly evolving commercial sectors. Billed as the world's leading technical forum for robotics engineers, it will feature keynotes, conference tracks, an expo floor, networking events, and more.

This year's Robotics Summit plans over 40 sessions and 60+ speakers. Topics span must-have areas like machine learning, motion control, legged robots, and development tools critical to next-gen systems.

New in 2023 is a dedicated track on the red-hot warehouse automation space hearing from major suppliers and end users on the state of one of robotics' fastest-growing markets. Keynotes will showcase advances in humanoid robots, perspectives inside Amazon Robotics, surgical systems, and bringing Disney characters to life.

Over 150 exhibitors are also slated to demonstrate the latest enabling technologies and services for those building robots across verticals. Visitor networking remains a pillar as well with 10+ hours of dedicated events allowing attendees to connect and potentially spark new partnerships.

The April 30 welcome reception, May 1 RBR50 Robotics Innovation Awards gala honoring cutting-edge developers, and a Women in Robotics breakfast are some of the expanded networking opportunities new for 2023.

Ongoing challenges around talent shortages will also take center stage. The second day will see the MassRobotics Career Fair aiming to pair robotics employers with hundreds of job seekers specializing in everything from AI to computer vision and mechatronics.

And unique to the Robotics Summit is the returning Form & Function Challenge. Universities compete to build creative robots accomplishing practical tasks, with finalists presenting prototypes onsite.

Those interested can currently save on full conference passes before March 8. Discounts are also available for academia, associations and corporate groups looking to access the robotics industry's premier technical knowledge share.

"The Robotics Summit brings the brightest minds together to share experiences developing the next generation of commercial robots," stated organizers. "It will provide engineers the information needed to successfully build robotics' future."
